For categories up to 5000 cm3 3y of valid driving license and 28years of age are the minimum requirements.

    A full license held for minimum of 2 years with no major endorsements. UK license holders need to present the photocard and the paper counterpart.

Additional driver
    Charge per additional driver: 3 EUR per day (Excludes tax).The details of their driving license(s) must be registered in the rental agreement at the time of issuing contract in order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with the original renter.Otherwise all insurance coverage become void and both the renter and the additional driver(s) will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any and all damages and losses to the rental company property as well as to third parties. Deposit is a sum of money,to be blocked on the main drivers credit card at pick up.If there are no damages to the vehicle at the drop off date,your deposit will be unblocked on drivers credit card.Please be informed that it might take up to 20 working days to have this amount unblocked depending on your bank.

Usually the deposit is equal to the excess (the sum of money that you will be liable for in case of any accidental damage or loss of the car.

Insurance:includes coverage of damage caused by third party. Every other damage caused to the vehicle where there is no third party, the renter is obliged to cover the damage to the amount of the franchise for the respective vehicle. In case of theft the renter should possess with him/her the key and the documents of the vehicle and covers the amount depending of the vehicle category.

Police report is a must in both cases, if there is no police report the renter will have to cover the whole damage.

Mandatory local fees

Customers are responsible for all toll fees, congestion charges, speeding tickets; parking & traffic fines; and any associated administration costs.

Deposit

Vehicles are insured with Franchise Kasko from 500 up to 1200Eur.

    You may be held responsible for damage to or loss of tyres, windscreens, glass and undercarriage. Please check with the car rental agent on arrival.
    If you purchase the Excess Reimbursement Insurance from a third party, the credit card holder will be required to present his/ her credit card at the rental desk in order for the car rental agent to authorize the deposit.

The insurance becomes INVALID if anyone whose name is not on the contract drives the vehicles,also if vehicles are loaded with more passengers than their stated capacity,or if drivers are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.Insurance cover will also lapse in the event of negligence or if the vehicle is driven on an unmade road or any unsuitable narrow for vehicles to be driven on.Insurance may also lapse if the vehicle is taken on ferry and any illegal actions that is sanctioned by law.

Fuel policy
    Fuel: Pick up and return full

    Your vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. To avoid incurring fuel charges you will need to return it full. You may be required to leave a fuel deposit reserved on your credit card that will be released when you return the car full. Missing fuel will be charged on your return. The price per liter charged by the rental agent may be significantly higher than the price at the local service station.

    Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated in the top section of rate details.

    In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

    A valid photo ID (passport or national ID).

Car types/Model
    The vehicle displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make or model.The car shown on our website is for guidance only and may be substituted for an alternative,similar or upgraded car(at no extra cost)at our option.

Voucher
    A printed version of your voucher must be produced upon arrival at the rental desk. Failure to present the voucher means the car rental agent may charge you at the local rates. Please note: We are not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the local agent on collection of the vehicle. If you do not present the required documents, the documentation is not valid or you do not have enough funds on your credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle and no funds will be reimbursed.

Conditions of optional extras
    Please note the price of optional extras is subject to change without notice. The optional extras are subject to availability.

Important

    Damage insurance is not valid in the following cases: 

- The car is driven under influence of alcohol or drugs 

- In case of accident or damage no police report for insurance occurrence is presented upon returning the car

- Renter has allowed another person who is not authorized in the Contract or not having a driver's license to drive the car 

- The car tires are damaged not as a result of fire or car accident 

- The Renter deliberately damages the car or its accessories.

In case of accident

    First thing to do is call our EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBERS which are written on the contract. Then call the Police (Tel: +389 2 192) and ask them to come and make evidence protocol. We will need this protocol as a proof. If there is no such protocol the insurance of third party is not valid! 

One way renting

    If the car is rented at or returned from any place in Macedonia (except our office in Tetovo down town, and  Skopje airport),a fee of 0.40 Euro per km is is paid. Upon signing the contract, the car passes an inspection and findings are made and recorded in the contract. Upon returning the car by the client, an authorized employer of the company inspects the car, and if he finds losses and damages caused by Renter’s fault and not covered by the insurance policy, the amount due is deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy
    Free cancellation for 48 hours after reservation, thereafter an administration fee of EUR20 will apply. No cancellations are allowed after the pick-up date and time.
